This work is essential to understand how these factors influence the efficiency and productivity of personnel within institutions dedicated to environmental research. This study was an applied, quantitative, explanatory and multivariate research with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 59 collaborators, using a questionnaire validated by constructs and reliability criteria through Cronbach Alpha, Rho-A and Composite Reliability statistics. The SmartPLS 4.0 program was used for the analysis of the constructs, employing the PLS-SEM structural model that allows evaluating both direct relationships and mediating effects. Among the main conclusions, it was found that ecological culture acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between organizational factors and job performance. The antecedents of ecological culture showed significant effects: leadership with the greatest impact (β = 0.340, p < 0.001), followed by internal communication (β = 0.332, p = 0.002) and work ethics (β = 0.257, p = 0.023). Ecological culture, in turn, demonstrated a very strong effect on work performance (β = 0.745, p < 0.001), confirming its mediating role. The model explained 72.6 % of the variance in ecological culture and 55.5 % in work performance, underlining the importance of fostering an ecological work environment as a transmission vehicle for the effects of leadership, communication and ethics towards better organizational results.
Félix Lirio Loli Evelyn Dueñas Barroso Copyright (c) 2025 Félix Lirio Loli, Evelyn Dueñas Barroso http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-09-29 2025-09-29 5 2 10.32911/llalliq.2025.v5.n2.1285 Regulatory criteria to strengthen the legitimacy of consumer associations in Peru https://revistas.unasam.edu.pe/index.php/llalliq/article/view/1266
The objective of this research is to establish the criteria that must be included in the legislation of consumer associations in Peru in order to guarantee access to the defense of their rights. To this end, a framework of dogmatic and empirical research is proposed with qualitative (documentary analysis) and quantitative (survey) methods. The study population consisted of consumer associations from northern and central Peru registered with Indecopi (50 associations). The results reported that for consumer associations a) there is regulation of direct and ordinary legitimacy with respect to diffuse interests at the judicial level and without incentives, b) there is indirect legitimacy at the administrative level and with unfeasible incentives c) of the 50 consumer associations visited, only 14 are operational and of them only 5 have filed lawsuits or administrative complaints in favor of a class and c) the grounds that justify the new regulation is the Mexican Federal Code of Civil Procedure, Law No. 1480 of 2011 of Colombia and Resolution 007-2021 CLC Indecopi. It concludes with the proposal of guidelines that should contain a direct and extraordinary judicial and administrative legitimacy in collective matters, regulating judicial incentives and correcting administrative ones to greater and achievable ones.
Gina Gonzáles Luna Telmo Loli Poma Ursula Aniceto Norabuena Karla Cier Salazar Copyright (c) 2025 Gina Gonzáles Luna, Telmo Loli Poma, Ursula Aniceto Norabuena, Karla Cier Salazar http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-09-29 2025-09-29 5 2 10.32911/llalliq.2025.v5.n2.1266
